Sometimes the screen is bright and it is easy to find
it is frozen, but sometimes the screen is dark and
you insert the charge cord and you cannot power on
the monitor, it is also a kind of frozen screen. You
need to restart the monitor as below:
To force shutdown:
If the screen is bright and the monitor is frozen,
Screen
you can press and hold the monitor's Power button
Freeze
until the screen is off.
If the screen is dark and the monitor is frozen, you
need to press and hold the monitor's Power button
for more than 10 seconds.
To restart:
Press and hold the Power button for 1-2 seconds to
restart the monitor.
On the Monitor:There are 3 kinds of manners to
solve unpaired issues.
(1) Follow the instruction on the screen to press OK
to Camera management , then select "+" > OK to
add a camera.
(2) Press M button to enter menu, you will meet the
notice on the dialogue, press OK to Camera
Paired
management , then select "+" > OK to add a
camera lost
camera.
(3) Press the M button to enter the menu >
Navigate to Camera management > Select "+" >
OK to add a camera.
On the Camera:
Press the "PAIR" button located under the camera
within 30 seconds.
