When you want to pair a new compatible camera
into the baby monitor system, you get a Timeout
failure after you have operated following the manual
instruction.
(1) Check the compatible camera is powered on.

(2) Make sure the monitor and camera are near
failure
enough, better in the same room.
(3) Retry.
(4) If the issue continues, please contact customer
service for checking the camera and monitor are
really compatible.
If you hear the monitor and camera are howling it
means two things:
(1) The monitor is too near with a camera.
(2) The volume of the monitor or the camera is too
loud.
So you can try these manners:
Howling
(1) Press "-" on the monitor to decrease the volume
(2) Leave the howling camera until it is quiet.
If the issue continues you can decrease the volume
of the camera.
(3) Press M to enter Menu > press Right > Camera
settings > press Down > Speaker volume > press
Right > press Down / - to decrease the volume.
You can update the latest firmware following this:
(1) Check your monitor H/W version and its
Updating
suffixes.
the
(2) Check the latest version according the website
firmware
link in Menu > Software update > Monitor
update or Menu > Help. Download the latest S/W
version with the same suffixes with the H/W from
