YOUR TH1500NP THERMOSTAT

Overview


The installation of this thermostat must be performed by a certified electrician and comply with the national and local electrical codes and regulations.

INSTALL YOUR THERMOSTAT

  1. Make sure that the breakers for your heating system are off at the main electrical panel.
  2. Unlock and lift the thermostat cover.
    INSTALL YOUR THERMOSTAT - Step 1
  3. Use the provided connectors to connect the load/line wires located on the back of the thermostat.

  4. Use the screws to secure the thermostat to the electrical box.

  5. Replace the cover and lock.

  6. Power up the thermostat.

Make sure to firmly tighten the wire connectors for a secure connection. A loose connection can be a fire hazard. To install wire connectors, you must:

  1. Insert the two wires into the wire nut so that their copper ends are parallel.
  2. Turn the wire connector clockwise until there is strong tension.
  3. Pull on the threads to make sure they are secure, leaving no gaps between them. * If the threads seem to come loose, repeat the process.

* Improperly installed electrical wires could burn the wire connectors.

ADVANCED SETTINGS

ADVANCED SETTINGS
To change the thermostat's settings, you need to:
Get the setpoint to its minimum and hold the button for 10 seconds to access the menu.
Press the or button to change the setting.
Press the and buttons simultaneously to save and go to the next parameter. Continue to press until the end of the list to exit the menu.

OFF MODE
To put the thermostat in OFF mode, hold the buttons and for 10 seconds.
To exit the OFF mode, hold the buttons and for 10 seconds or raise/lower the setpoint.
