Ignition pilot
For correct functioning, adjust the gas pressure (measured on
the socket located on the valve) to between 30 ÷ 50 mbar.

Check pilot flame stability before starting up the
main burner.
ATTENTION
Continue with the ignition procedure of the burner verifying the
good and proper ignition of the pilot.

Burner start-up (gas)
Close the remote controls and place the switch on the boiler
control panel to the "ON" position.
Check that the lamps or testers connected to the solenoid valves,
or the pilot lights on the solenoid valves, indicate that no voltage
is present. If they indicate the presence of voltage, stop the
burner immediately and check the electric connections.

Burner ignition
Once the above steps are completed, the burner should ignite.
If on completion of the starting cycle the flame does not appear
and the control box goes into lockout, reset it and wait for a new
ignition attempt.
If ignition does not occur, it is possible that gas is not reaching the
combustion head within the safety time period of 3 seconds.
Therefore, it is necessary to increase gas ignition delivery.
The arrival of gas to the pipe coupling is indicated by the U
pressure gauge (Fig. 29) or using a digital pressure gauge on the
pressure test point below the pipe coupling.
If further burner lockouts occur, refer to the "Release procedure"
given in the supplied control box manual of the boiler control
panel.
Once ignition has taken place, proceed with burner global
calibration operations.

When the limit thermostat (TL) closes, the "CALL FOR HEAT"
signal (if present on the control panel) must come on. The burner
will subsequently begin its starting cycle.
