Self-diagnostics table and detected contents
Blinking or lighting pattern table (LED 15 to 17)
Check the table below and Service Manual.
In simple setting mode
LED
Simple setting mode selection standby
→ Pressing the SW6 switch within 10 seconds
will enter the simple setting mode.
Simple setting mode executing
→ After the execution is complete, the unit
restarts in operation mode.
Network connection failure
→ Check the network setting and the LAN
cable connection.
In operation mode

The cloud adaptor is in the maintenance
mode. (P.6, P.8)
→ After maintenance, change it to the
operation mode.
Communication failure (Both Link 1 and 2)
→ Check if the inter-unit control wiring between
the air conditioners and the cloud adaptor is
correct. (Both Link 1 and 2)
Communication failure (Link 1 only)
→ Check if the inter-unit control wiring between
the air conditioners and the cloud adaptor is
correct. (Link 1 only)
Communication failure (Link 2 only)
→ Check if the inter-unit control wiring between
the air conditioners and the cloud adaptor is
correct. (Link 2 only)
Network connection failure
→ Restart the cloud adaptor in the
maintenance mode, and check if the
network settings are correct. (P.10)

Firewall passing failure
→ Check the port permitted in the fi rewall. (P.5)

→ Check the connection with the air conditioner.
Ensure that the central control address of the
air conditioner is not duplicated.

→ Turn the cloud adaptor off , and contact our
sales/service dealer or a certifi ed dealer.

sales/service outlet or your certifi ed dealer
for additional instructions.
Memory card error
→ Turn the cloud adaptor off , and contact our
sales/service outlet or your certifi ed dealer
for additional instructions.
Initializing.
→ Wait until the initialization is completed.
When the initialization is not completed by
40 minutes after connecting the network,
contact our sales/service outlet or your
certifi ed dealer for additional instructions.
Remote A/C scan is in progress from the
cloud server.
→ W hen only the Green LED lights up,
the remote A/C scan has fi nished.
