    1) Security Please read this manual carefully before using it! ●To avoid fire or electric shock, please do not use the pump outdoors, or in a humid environment. ●To reduce the risk of electric shock and the possibility of damage to the equipment, please use a standard 220 V AC plug with a ground connection.

    2 ) Get to know the peristaltic pump. The 353 series peristaltic pump is a smart pump that combines flow, timing and fill dosing functions. It can be operated by buttons, or controlled by an external signal or foot switch. It has a full speed emptying function and the suction angle etc can be adjusted.

    5 ) How to use 1) Install the pump head . Align the pump head output shaft with the groove in the rubber coupling and rotate it to align the pump head locating hole with the drive locating pin Tighten the two screws separately. Note: 1.
  • Page 9 Observation: 1. The pump head is installed on the motor at the factory. Only remove the pump head when cleaning or replacing the pump head. SPEED If we select this mode it is to work in Manual mode, the pump will work manually when we press the Start button.
  • Page 15 The pump is calibrated at the factory, correctly indicating the type of tube, the pump already knows how long it has to work to dose the desired volume or it will indicate the volume that it will dose in the time that we establish.

    7) Maintenance 1) Before each start of the peristaltic pump, carefully check whether the tubing is damaged. Before the machine stops working, please pump water to clean the tube. In order to prolong the life of the tube, especially after running at high speed (100rpm or more) for 8 hours, the tube should be pulled out (suction end) by 80 to 100mm to prevent the tube from dislodging.
