Central gas adjustment
As you can see in Fig. 20 the gas flows through the combustion
head in two different ways:
external gas flows from the pipes 1) that surrounds the com-
bustion head;
central gas flows from the tube 2) and then through the
plates 3) behind the flame disc.
4.10.1 Central gas setting
The factory setting for the central gas is with the following passa-
ge holes (Fig. 21).
RS 310/E ULX
Central hole + 2 open holes
RS 510/E ULX
Central hole + 2 open holes
If necessary, modify as indicated in "Firing rates" on page 9:
hook the combustion head as indicated in the paragraph
"Access to head internal part" on page 22;
remove or add one or more screws 1) (Fig. 21) as follows:
RS 310/E ULX
Open central hole
RS 510/E ULX
Open central hole
re-assemble the combustion head.
