Hardware requirements
● IBM or IBM-compatible PC
● A computer having a USB port with the USB class driver installed
Supported Operating Systems
● Windows 7 (32-bit/64-bit)
● Windows 8 (32-bit/64-bit)
● Windows 10 (32-bit/64-bit)
NOTE
The following server operating systems are not supported.
● Windows Server 2012
● Windows Server 2016
● Windows Server 2019
To use a Hi-Speed USB
Make sure that your computer meets the following system requirements.
● CPU
Intel Pentium II or more
● RAM
128 MB or more
● Operating system
- Windows 7
- Windows 8
- Windows 10
● Driver
The Hi-Speed USB driver needs to be installed on the computer.
