Electrical connection / Commissioning
The safety instructions in chapter 1.3 must be observed!
– The electrical connection and commissioning are to be carried out in accordance with the relevant wiring diagram
and are only to be carried out by a certified electrician.
– All relevant standards, safety regulations (e.g. DIN VDE 0100), as well as the technical connection conditions of
energy suppliers are to be adhered to!
– Network configuration, voltage and frequency must be consistent with the rating plate information.
– Protective conductor, including additional potential equalisation connections must be properly installed!
– Check designated use of the assembly
– Compare mains voltage to rating plate data
– Check all parts for tightness, particularly fittings, water connections and pipes.
– Compare power consumption to rating plate data
3.1
Actuator 24V (0-10 V)
The actuator is used for the motorised drive of the 3-way-valve. The actuator can be controlled with all commercial
control systems with 0-10 V output. The angle of rotation is limited to 90°. When the end stops are reached, the actua-
tor is switched off electrically and currentless. In case of control system failures, the drive can be switched to manual
operation using an additional rotary encoder.
