Resetting the Device to Factory Settings
If the device stops responding, you may need to reset it.
NOTE: This deletes all user-entered information including your

Updating the Software Using Garmin Connect
You must have a Garmin Connect account
must pair the device with your computer using the USB ANT
Stick (page 2). The watch cannot be in sleep mode while pairing
or transferring data.

If new software is available, Garmin Connect alerts you to
update the software.
