For models „MFSxxPNF" only
All internal connections for external dosing of liquid soaps are factory installed. Therefore, when connecting
the liquid soap and wiring the machine, for pump signals, it is not necessary to open the machine.
On the rear panel, fig.4.10.D,
pumps that will be used, drill holes (max. 5) of Ø 0.315" / 8 mm in the connection part. On the connection part
is also a nipple of ½" ID. Use this nipple ONLY for entering diluted soap. Drill with 11.5 mm.
By default, these nipples are closed. Drill only the ones that will be used. Take care that the drill particles
are carefully removed so that they can not clog up the hoses and openings.
For the electrical connection is a plastic box provide at the rear
side of the machine. On the back of the cover
an explanation can be found for the electrical connection,
(fig.4.10.E). Details can also be found on the electrical wiring
diagram of the machine.
Factory default is 24V ac signals when they are programmed
„Active". For details and programming, see programming manual.
Bring the liquid soap signal cable through the strain relief
and connect to the removable connector
it from the header. After the connections are made in accordance
with the required installation, push the connector
on the header. Tighten the cable with the strain relief
and close the box again with cover (pos.16).
