On wider machines (120, 140 and 160) the two belts on the drive drum pulley may be too
close to each other. This causes some fibers coming loose from the belts, running under the
other belt, causing the belt to jump over the teeth of the pulley. Replace the belts and
reposition the pulleys on the motors to have more spacing between the two belts.
Pulleys and belt may have collected dirt. Clean the pulleys. Clean the belt. Then apply some
grease on the belt.
The main board may not process the encoder signal from the X-motor correctly.

Cutting stops after first panel

In case paneling has been activated then the machine starts cutting as soon as the job is
sent (a small delay may occur) until the first panel is finished. Then the machine should feed
some media to prepare the media to cut the next panel. The next panel should then be cut.
When the machine stops cutting in the first panel, then the software driving the machine
seems to be not compatible with the paneling option (probably missing the "end" or
"deselect" command). De-activate paneling, or update/configure the software driving the
machine.
6.13

Shift between panels

When paneling has been activated, then the joint between two panels may expose a (small)
shift or gap.
There may be tracking issues. See
The media may change dimension while cutting.
Before starting to cut the job, let the media acclimatize.
Do not set the machine (media) near a heater.
When media changes dimension, usually this can be seen on the tracks made by the
pinch rollers on the rear of the media: a well-defined track on one side, a diffuse track
on the other side.
There may be a mechanical issue. See

Random lines

When random lines (indicated as red lines in below image) are cut across the media, usually
clipped to the edge of the media, or curves having a small interruption, then this usually
indicates communication issues. See
