encoder
10.2.1 X-
Rotate the drive drum to change this value. In case this value remains zero, then most likely
the encoder is defective. Replace the X-motor (KIT-2002). The X-motor is driven by U22 and
connected to J17. The X-motor without encoder (X2) is driven by U23 and connected to J18
on the main board. The encoder is connected to J16.
encoder
10.2.2 Y-
Move the cutter head left or right to change this value. In case this value does not change,
replace the Y-motor (KIT-2002). The Y-motor is driven by U24 and connected to J20 on the
main board. The encoder is connected to J19.

10.2.3 Z-motor

Rotate the knife (tangential cutter head only) to change this value. In case this value does
not change, then most likely the encoder in the cutter head is defective.
head
(T Head: KIT-2022; T Head OPOS-CAM: KIT-2023; T Head Dual: KIT-2024) to cure the
problem. It is also possible the flat cable between cutter head J9 and main board J21 is
broken. The Z-motor is driven by U28 on the main board.
