A. When installing the storage box, make sure
that the positive battery lead is not pinched
between the storage box and the frame.
B. Align the white tape on the seat lock cable
with the center of the holder.
C. Route the throttle cable (decelerator cable),
which is identified by white tape on the cable,
under the throttle cable (accelerator cable).
After routing the throttle cables, check the
throttle grip for smooth action.
D. Route the coolant reservoir hose to the inside
of the seat lock cable.
E. Route the engine ground lead and crankshaft
position sensor/stator coil assembly lead
under the radiator inlet hose.
F. Route the throttle position sensor lead and
ISC (idle speed control) unit lead over the
radiator inlet hose.
G. Route the fuel tank overflow hose through the
hole in the footrest board.
H. Route the O
sensor lead and coolant

reservoir hose through the guide.
I. Route the fuel tank overflow hose to the
inside of the coolant reservoir hose.
