¡ If small items of cookware are used, reduce the flame to a
lower level for optimal use.
¡ Place the cookware on the pan supports.
¡ Never place the cookware directly on the burner.
¡ Never place the hot cookware directly on the glass sur-
face.
¡ Before using the appliance, ensure that the pan supports
and the gas burner covers are positioned correctly.
¡ Handle the cookware that is on the cooktop carefully.
¡ Do not place heavy weights on the cooktop.
Always use the baati stand when cooking with a baati
cooker, tandoor, inverted vessel or similar cookware that
completely covers the burner. Always use the Baati stand
when using similar baking applications that generate high
heat that can damage the glass.
