2. Counterweight combination and assembly sequence

3. Notes on erection
• In lifting operation, different counterweight combination can be selected according to the load
lifting capacity.
• Well observe the counterweight combination sequence, and make sure the counterweight slab I is
placed on the bottom of combined counterweight.
• Set up the crane on a firm and level ground.
• Adjust the LMI working condition setting: fully-extended outriggers, counterweight of 0 t, parts
of line (Max. pulling force of single line is 12 t).
• The working radius for loading counterweight should accord with the Total rated lifting load with

counterweight of 0 t.
• Through the programmable controller, set the operation curve features at the time of installation.
• Put the counterweight on the chassis frame one by one (observe the sequence).
