Removing the Fuel Tank

Lower the platform.

Remove the fuel tank and set it on the operator
platform.
Note:
If you want to move the fuel tank further
from the machine, remove the fuel and vent
lines from the top of the tank.

Replacing the Fuel Filter

Service Interval: Every 400 hours or yearly,
whichever comes first
DANGER
In certain conditions, fuel is extremely
flammable and highly explosive. A fire or
explosion from fuel can burn you and others
and can damage property.
Refer to
Fuel Safety (page 10)
list of fuel related precautions.
Do not install a dirty filter if it is removed from the fuel
line.
Note:
Wipe up any spilled fuel.
1.
Park the machine on a level surface, disengage
the PTO, and engage the parking brake.
2.
Shut off the engine, remove the key, and wait
for all moving parts to stop before leaving the
operating position.
3.
Close the fuel-shutoff valve; refer to
Fuel-Shutoff Valve (page

Replace the fuel filter as shown.
