    Start low and don't overheat! - You might get the urge to turn your burners up to full blast the first time you use the FORNO grill/griddle, but don't! Burners only need to be set to 1/3 to 1/2 power to heat the grill/griddle to over 500 degrees.

    If it's the case, remove them from, clean them thouroughly and remove any excess of water. Forno is not responsible for any maintenance related issues. Using a damp cloth, wipe with a mild detergent or spray degreaser; rinse and Control knobs dry.
