Lift/Lower Speed Control
You can change how quickly the grinder head raises
and lowers using the lift/lower speed control, located
under the right side of the control panel
Rotate the dial counter clockwise to increase the
speed or rotate it clockwise to reduce the speed.
If you must stop the machine with the grinder head
raised, turn the control dial all the way clockwise to
lock the grinder head before leaving the machine or
performing any maintenance
CAUTION
If you leave the grinder head in the raised
position without turning the lift/lower speed
control dial all the way clockwise, the grinder
could lower, crushing you or bystanders.
Whenever possible, lower the grinder to the
ground before shutting off the engine. If
you must keep the grinder head raised, turn
the lift/lower speed control dial all the way
clockwise to lock the grinder.
