    PART IDENTIFICATION CHART Use the drawings below to identify the small parts needed for assembly. The number in parentheses below each drawing is the key number of the part, from the PART LIST near the end of this manual. The number following the key number is the quantity needed for assembly.

Connect the Upper Pulse Wire (99) to the Lower Pulse Wire (124), connect the Upper Main Wire (79) to the Lower Main Wire (123), connect the Upper Power Wire (115) to the Lower Power Wire (122), and con- nect the Upper TV Coaxial Cable (100) to the Lower TV Coaxial Cable (121).
  • Page 8 4. Tip: Be careful not to drop a screw between the Left and Right Front Shields (21, 22). Attach the Front Shield Cap (19) to the Upright (4) with two M5 x 12mm Screws (78); start both Screws, and then tighten them. Next, press the Front Shield Cover (20) onto the Left and Right Front Shields (21, 22).
  • Page 9 6. Have a second person hold the Console (5) near the Handlebar (47). Connect the wires on the Console (5) to the Upper Main Wire (79), to the Upper Pulse Wire (99), and to the Ground Wire (164). Note: There is a small wire on the back of the Console that will not be used.
