SAUTÉ
Use Sauté in place of a frying or saucepan. Sautéing can deepen the
flavors of your food, or can simmer, thicken or reduce sauces.
Choose from these settings in the Sauté Smart Program. The program
uses the default settings or the settings you selected the last time you
used the Sauté program.
