Timer Induc�on Cooking Induc�on cooking is a safe, advanced, efficient, and economical cooking technology. It works by electromagne�c vibra�ons genera�ng heat directly in the pan, rather than indirectly through hea�ng the glass surface.
Before using your Induc�on Hob • Read this guide, taking special note of the ‘Safety Warnings’ sec�on. • Remove any protec�ve film that may s�ll be on your Induc�on hob. • BOOST func�on - when selected the power of the cooking zone increases to 1500W/2000W for 5 minutes only, before rever�ng to the previous heat se�ng.

Do not use cookware with jagged edges or a curved base. Make sure that the base of your pan is smooth, sits flat against the glass, and is the same size as the cooking zone. Use pans with a base diameter that is as large as the graphic of the zone selected. By using a slightly wider pot, energy will be used at its maximum efficiency.

When you have finished cooking 1. Touch the cooking zone selec�on control that you wish to switch off, for the HX-2-6NF-INDUCT and HX-2-2NF-INDUCT. 2. Turn the cooking zone off by scrolling down to “0 “ using the “-“ regula�ng control.
Using the Boost func�on for the HX-2-6NF-INDUCT The boost func�on can operate in all cooking zones. • The cooking zone will return to its original se�ng a�er 5 minutes. • Ac�vate the boost func�on 1. Touch the cooking zone required 2.

Inser�ng and fixing the hob Before inser�ng the hob into the work surface, place the adhesive seal around the underside edge of the hob. It is important to fix the seal evenly without gaps, to prevent liquids from seeping underneath the hob. Place the gasket around the bo�om edge of the hob.
