Connecting your phone to your Dashcam

1. If you don't have it already, you will need to download the Blackvue app from the Google Play Store or Apple

App store.

2. Once installed, ensure you are within 5-8 metres of your Blackvue Dashcam and that it is turned on.

4. Click on Connect to Camera

5. When the next screen opens, disregard any dashcams that come up in the camera list. Got to the top right

and click on the

Sign.

Page 1 Connecting your phone to your Dashcam 1. If you don’t have it already, you will need to download the Blackvue app from the Google Play Store or Apple App store. 2. Once installed, ensure you are within 5-8 metres of your Blackvue Dashcam and that it is turned on.
Page 2 6. On the Select your camera model page select Seamless pairing supported models then Next. 7. Wait for your camera to be detected and show up in the list and click on it when it does. 8. You will get the image below appear asking you to swipe your hand across the left side of the dashcam. Swipe you hand and if the connection is successful, you will hear a beep and you will see the connected page with your camera name showing.
Page 3 9. If you get to the screen below, you have successfully connected your phone to the dashcam. You can now click on your camera. You can also click on the three dots to the right of it which gives you several options including renaming your dashcam.
