Engine replacement kit

12.
Install the 4 flange nuts and 4 cap screws
securing the engine to the engine tray.
13.
Thread the 2 oil hoses into their fittings in the
engine.
Note:
Thread the straight hose end to the
elbowed fitting on the engine and thread the
elbowed hose end onto the straight hose fitting.
14.
Connect the ground wire to the front side of the
engine.
15.
Connect the fuel inlet hose to the fuel pump.
16.
Connect the air intake hose to the air cleaner
and the engine using hose clamps.
17.
Fill the engine with oil; refer to your Operator's
Manual.

Installing the Bed Spacers
Parts needed for this procedure:

Right bed spacer assembly
1
Left bed spacer assembly
2
Pivot bed spacer

Screw

Carriage bolt

Bolt

Procedure
1.
Remove the hinge bracket assembly from the
bottom of the detached cargo bed.
2.
Align the pivot bed spacers directly above the
pivot bushings, and install the hinge bracket
assembly to the cargo bed using the long screws
(Figure
10).

Place the front tube frame flush with the forward
edge of the bed frame assembly.
