Emptying the system before a period of
non-use, for frost protection or before a
repair
1. Plug in the power cord.
2. Make sure that no accessory (milk carafe or descaling pipe) is connected
to the milk carafe connector hatch.
3. Empty the water tank and put it back in place.
4. Open the machine by turning the lever to the unlocked position to re-
move the capsule.
5. Empty the capsule container, the drip tray and the cup support.
6. Close the machine and turn the lever left to the locked position
place a container (1L) under the coffee outlet.
