No LED indication occurs when your radio receives a clear (non-secured) transmission in trunking Mode.
LED Indicators in Dark
For covert operation, the LED can be preprogrammed to turn off
at specific zone channels. During operation in these zone
channels you do not see the LED blinking, instead you can use
Voice Announcement to hear and confirm the operation status.
Hence, It is recommended to duplicate the channel
programming into separate zone and have associated Voice
Announcement tied to zone to help indicate the LED on/off

Bluetooth is powering on or off.
