in Hazardous Locations

This product is suitable for use in U.S. and Canada: Class I,

Division 2, Groups A, B, C, D, T4 hazardous locations; and

nonhazardous locations.

Cautions

components may impair suitability for Class I,

Division 2.

Explosion hazard—Do not disconnect equipment unless

power has been switched off or the area is known to be

nonhazardous.

Equipment must be used within its electrical and

environmental ratings. Refer to the Specifications section

of the product manual. Refer to the product label for

manufacturing location.

This product must be installed in an enclosure rated at least

IP 54.

For screw-terminal connections on the FP-1000, FP-1001, and

FP-TB-1, use 16–26 AWG copper wire with 7 mm (0.28 in.) of

insulation stripped from the end. Tighten screw terminals to

0.5–0.6 N ⋅ m (4.4–5.3 lb ⋅ in.) of torque.
