OPERATING PROCEDURE
9. Remov ing th e bypass v alv e
(1) Remove the service panel. (See Figure 1)
(2) Remove the top panel. (See Figure 1)
(3) Remove the electrical parts box . (See Photo 3)
(4) Remove 3 right side panel fix i ng screws (5 × 10) in the
rear of the unit and remove the right side panel.
(5) Remove the bypass valve solenoid coil. (See Photo 7 )
(6) Collect the refrigerant.
(7 ) Remove the welded part of bypass valve.
Note 1: Recov er refrigerant with out spread ing it in th e air.
Note 2: Th e weld ed part can be remov ed easily by
remov ing th e righ t sid e panel.
10. Remov ing th e h igh pressure switch (63H)
(1) Remove the service panel. (See Figure 1)
(2) Remove the top panel. (See Figure 1)
(3) Remove the electrical parts box . (See Photo 3)
(4) Remove 3 right side panel fix i ng screws (5 × 10) in the rear
of the unit and remove the right side panel.
(5) Pull out the lead wire of high pressure switch.
(6) Collect the refrigerant.
(7 ) Remove the welded part of high pressure switch.
Note 1: Recov er refrigerant with out spread ing it in th e air.
Note 2: Th e weld ed part can be remov ed easily by
remov ing th e righ t sid e panel.
Note 3: Wh en installing th e h igh pressure switch , cov er it
with a wet cloth to prev ent it from h eating (100° C
or more), th en braz e th e pipes so th at th e insid e of
pipes are not ox id iz e d .
11. Remov ing th e low pressure switch
(1) Remove the service panel. (See Photo 1)
(2) Remove the top panel. (See Photo 1)
(3) Remove the electrical box . (See Photo 3)
(4) Disconnect the lead wire of the low pressure switch.
(5) Remove the braze part of the low pressure switch.
Note : When installing the pressure switch, cover the pressure
switch with a wet cloth to prevent the pressure switch
from heating, then braze it.
Note 1: Recov er refrigerant with out spread ing it in th e air.
Note 2: Th e weld ed part can be remov ed easily by
remov ing th e righ t sid e panel.
Note 3: Wh en installing th e h igh /low pressure switch ,
cov er it with a wet cloth to prev ent it from h eating
(100° C or more), th en braz e th e pipes so th at th e
insid e of pipes are not ox id iz e d .
