The pressure exerted on the valve guide must
be at least 9,000 N. If the pressure is lower, the
valve guide must be removed. Ream the valve
guide bore in the cylinder head to the next oversize
and press in the corresponding valve guide.
Introduce the valves through the valve guides.
Locate the protective plastic cap over the valve stem.

cap.

To avoid damaging the valve stem oil seal, the
valves must not be removed again.
