Adjusting the harness and brushcutter
a
WARNING:
When using a brush cutter it
must always be hooked securely to the harness.
Otherwise you will be unable to control the
brush cutter safely and this can result in injury to
yourself or others. Do not use a harness with a
defective quick release.
n Safety release
At the front is an easily accessible, quick release. Use
this in an emergency situation that requires you to free
yourself from the unit and harness quickly.
n Spreading the load on your shoulders
A well-adjusted harness and unit makes work much
easier. Adjust the harness for the best working
position. Tension the side straps so that the weight is
evenly distributed across both shoulders.
