Cleaning & Sanitizing the System The dispenser must be cleaned and sanitized after installation and as required by state and local health departments, or every 3 months minimum. Your state or local health codes may require more frequent and extensive sanitizing procedures.
Submerse the bag connector and bag valve assembly into the bucket of sanitizing solution. Depress and hold the dispense button until sanitizing solution is dispensed through the mixing valves nozzle. Pulse each valve for 15 seconds on and then release the button. Repeat this pulsing for 15 cycles for each circuit being sanitized.
