30. MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE CHART
(#) Indicates Emissions-Related (EPA) Maintenance Service Items
Every 2,000 hours service
(#) Check and adjust fuel injection timing (diesel engine)
Replace LPG mixer air valve diaphragm, under normal operating conditions. Replace more often in cold
or severe service applications. Replace O-ring for LPG tank valve.
Every 12 months (year) or every 2,400 hours service
Check operation of brake master cylinder, check for oil leakage, damage and wear
Check operation of wheel cylinders, check for oil leakage, damage and wear
Check operation of brake drum, check for damage and wear
Check brake linings for wear
Check operating condition of brake shoes
Check brake adjustment lever and ratchet for wear and damage
Check brake springs for deterioration
Check brake back plates for deformation and cracking, check mounting condition
Check air tightness of brake piping/tubing
Check axle for deformation, cracking and damage
Check mounting condition of differential
Check root (base) of forks for cracking (use color check)
Check roller shaft of loading equipment for cracking and damage
Check mast support for damage and wear
Check operation of relief valve, check relief pressure
(#) Replace air breather
(#) Inspect and clean fuel filter sock (not replaceable) (gasoline engine)
Clean inside of fuel tank
(#) Check fuel injection pressure, injection amount, injector condition
Tighten (retorque) engine cylinder head bolts
Check frame and crossmember for cracking and damage
(#) Replace engine coolant (Glycol-based)
(#) Replace LPG filter
Every 18 months or every 3,600 hours service
Replace spark plugs
