10 Use the adjusting screw
pressure further until the safety valve opens
fully with a loud noise. Observe the
pressure gauge
a value of approx. 7.7 bar.
11 Close the pressurised gas cylinder valve
immediately afterwards and turn the
adjusting screw
prevent icing.
12 Open the pressurised gas cylinder valve
again and set the correct working pressure
of 3.5 – 4 bar

14 Connect the hose to the CO2 inlet of the
water dispenser.
15 Open the shut-off valve
Caution! Only open the CO2 gas
cylinder a quarter of a turn (open-
ing the valve completely has no
influence on the amount of CO2 in the wa-
ter).
Connect the CO2 gas cylinder as shown in
fig. 8.

Note! The CO2 pressure must be at
least 0.5 bar higher than the inlet
water pressure to ensure a correct
carbonation function.
REPLACING
Checking:
Check the CO
pressure at the pressure reduc-

er. If the current pressure gauge pointer has
fallen below 2 bar, the pressure will no longer

2
Removing:
»
Disconnect the power supply of the device.
»
Close the hand wheel on the CO
3
der by turning it clockwise.
»
Slowly open the screw connection on the
pressure reducer and relieve any residual
pressure.
»
Then release the gas cylinder from its hol-
3
der.
Preparing:
»
Remove the thread protector from the new
gas cylinder.
»
Open the cylinder valve briefly to remove
any dirt from the cylinder outlet valve.
Caution! The cylinder is under
pressure, open the valve only
slightly and do not direct it at peo-
ple!
Connecting:
»
Screw the pressure reducer onto the cylin-
der valve thread.
»
If necessary, secure the cylinder in the hol-
der again.
»
Once the gas cylinder has been connected,
connect the device to the mains power
supply.
»
Check the CO2 pressure, which should be
below 4.5 bar.

SETTING THE COOLING
TEMPERATURE (CAS)
1
The thermostat (for setting the cooling tem-
perature) is located on the left-hand side under
the plastic cover. Set the thermostat to the de-
sired temperature.

LEAKAGE PROTECTION & DRIP
TRAY
Inside the water dispenser, integrated in the
base plate at the front left, there is a leakage
sensor.
If the leakage sensor detects water, an acoustic
signal sounds, the drip tray LED flashes and no
more water can be drawn. If the appliance is
equipped with a waste water tank, make sure
that it is empty. If the acoustic signal continues
to sound, the drip tray LED continues to flash
and no water can be drawn from the tank, the
cylinder.
