    Assembly Instructions Assembly of the equipment takes professional installers about 2 hours. If this is the first time you have assembled this type of equipment, plan to spend more time. It is strongly recommended to assemble the equipment by professional installers. You may find it quicker, safer, easier to assemble this equipment with the help of a friend, as some of components may be large, heavy or awkward to handle alone.

    Assembly STEP 1 Attach the Weight Stack Frame ASSY (#1), the Main Frame ASSY (#2), the Bottom Cross Brace ASSY (#3) and the Back Cross Frame ASSY (#4) using: four M10*120 HHB (#35) two M10*75 HHB (#36) two M10*30 HHB (#37) thirteen Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washer (#50) two Φ10 Spring Washer (#51) five M10 Nylon Lock Nut (#52)

Attach the Left Arm Frame ASSY (#6) to the Left Cross Frame ASSY (#8), and attach the Cam Frame Assy (#10), the Washer (#53) and the Right Arm Frame ASSY (#5) to the Right Cross Frame ASSY (#7) in sequence. Note: When installing the Right Arm Frame ASSY (#5), the Position Adjustment Pin (#5.9) is in the middle of two Nylon Sleeves.
