WARRANTY

1. This product is covered by an express warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.
Subject to the conditions of this warranty Shinn Fu Australia Pty Ltd will replace the product or provide necessary
parts on the product if the product is found to be faulty within the warranty period due to defect in material or
workmanship.
2. This warranty only applies to products imported by Shinn Fu Australia Pty Ltd and used within Australia. Shinn Fu
products imported by other importers are specifically excluded.
3. This warranty only applies if the product has been used under normal conditions and in accordance with the User
Manual and that, in the opinion of Shinn Fu Australia Pty Ltd, reasonable care has been taken of the product.
4. This warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or repaired by any unauthorised person or has been
modified in any way. Any abuse, misuse or subject to normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.
5. If a warranty service is required the purchaser should:
a. Take the product to the nearest Shinn Fu Australia Pty Ltd repair agent or return it to the place of purchase, at
purchaser cost.
b. Provide evidence of proof of purchase and the date of purchase.
c. Provide details of the problem encountered.
6. The benefits provided to the consumer by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to
the consumer under the law.

Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to
a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure
does not amount to a major failure.
