Problem
No picture, no sound
Picture is available, but the sound is
missing
Monitor goes off suddenly
After switching on, the picture appears

No or only pale colours, the quality of the

One of the speakers does not emit sound

Problems with VGA connection

Problem
The signal is out of reach
Vertical stripes or bars on black background
Horizontal disturbances
Position of the image shifted
Screen colour is unstable or monotonous
Possible solutions
Make sure the power cord is connected to a power source
Make sure the power button is pressed
Check the brightness and contrast settings
Check the volume
Check another source, maybe the problem is with the output device
Make sure the audio cables are connected properly
Make sure that no standby timer is activated
Make sure that the power supply is guaranteed
No source is connected
This is an ordinary process. If the picture still does not appear after 5 minutes, please contact your service
partner.
Set the colour in the settings menu
Make sure there is enough distance between the monitor and the source
Change the channel, the problem could be with the source
Make sure the video cables are connected correctly
Make sure that there is no object near the monitor that can cause electrical interferences
