3. Remove the hinge round cover. See "Hinge round cover" on page 53.
4. Disconnect the woofer speaker cable from the convertor board. Remove three screws and then remove
the woofer speaker.

Base module

The base module as a whole is not a FRU. Instead, it contains FRUs as its components.
Prerequisite
Before you start, read Chapter 1 "Important safety information" on page 1 and print the following
instructions.
Removal steps
1. Remove the Yoga logo cover. See "Yoga logo cover" on page 52.
2. Remove the hinge cover. See "Hinge cover" on page 52.
3. Remove the hinge round cover. See "Hinge round cover" on page 53.
4. Remove the woofer speaker. See "Woofer speaker" on page 53.
5. Peel off the pieces of tape.
