Prerequisite
Before you start, read Chapter 1 "Important safety information" on page 1 and print the following
instructions.
Removal steps
1. Remove the base module. See "Base module" on page 54.
2. Remove the bottom rubber foot (left, right and middle). See "Bottom rubber foot (left, right and middle)"
on page 55.
3. Remove the bottom cover. See "Bottom cover" on page 57.
4. Remove the middle bracket. See "Middle bracket" on page 57.
5. Remove the stand base bracket. See "Stand base bracket" on page 58.
6. Remove the stand. See "Stand" on page 58.
7. Remove the heat sink. See "Heat sink" on page 61.
8. Disconnect the fan cable from the system board. Remove six screws and then remove the fans.
9. Remove the fans mylar.
