The PowerBox features an internal chargeable battery. Charging the PowerBox INFORMATION Charge for 10 hours before using for the first time Please charge the PowerBox for at least 10 hours before using it for the first time. Only use the power supply unit supplied to charge the PowerBox. -

Please select a MotionSkin in the correct size and with an optimal fit. Put on the dry MotionSkin, initially without the PowerBox. Make sure that the Setting up the electrodes fit correctly and securely on the muscles to be stimulated. If the MotionSkin fit is too loose or insecure, the electrodes may not connect to the skin or the electrode connection may break off during training. -

In order to guarantee a long working life of the Motion Skin, we recommend the EMS GmbH following approach to care and cleaning. MotionSkin care and cleaning The following washing symbols can be found on the MotionSkin and instructions should be observed. - Page 27 PLEASE NOTE Damage caused by disinfectants Disinfectants contain isopropyl alcohol (or similar). These negatively affect the conductivity of the MotionSkin by washing out the silver nano-particles.
