Install the handle snap connectors on the valve stems.
Tighten the screws.
Make sure that the valve stems are in the off position.
Turn the hot valve stem clockwise and the cold valve stem
counter-clockwise.
Position the handle and color ring over the stem. Press
the handle firmly into place.
