Lubricant Dispenser
For dispensing oils and heavier lubricants.
Model 226289
Fits standard 25 to 50 lb (11 to 22 Kg) pails

Installation
1. Assemble the clamp (1) to the cover (2)
using four machine bolts (3). Use the
longer machine bolts (4) to secure the
split ring part of the clamp.
2. Punch out the 1/2 in. knock-out plug in
the cover. This hole may be used to
store the hose nozzle.
3. Insert the pump assembly (5) in the
barrel (6) and secure firmly with
screws.
4. Screw the pipe nipple (7) into the head
(8). Slide the hose clamp (9) over the
hose assembly (10). Slip the hose
assembly over the pipe nipple and
secure the hose clamp.
5. Remove the cover of the lubricant pail
and place the dispenser cover on the
pail. Lock the cover in place with the three thumbscrews (11). Insert the barrel of the dispenser
through the cover and to the bottom of the pail. Tighten the clamp to the barrel.
