Operation Operation Maintenance 1. Clean inlet strainer (3b) after every 50 hours of operation. Before servicing, turn pump off and open the nozzle to relieve pressure. 2. Troubleshooting Troubleshooting Problem Cause Solution Motor runs but pump will not prime. Motor rotation wrong. (12 VDC units Check wiring instructions for possible only.) problems. Missing relief valve o-ring seal (4c). Remove gear cover (1b) inspect seal (4c), replace if missing or damaged.
