Z-Pumps without grease cups. The older model
Z-Pumps may have a wet cup configuration which has
been obsoleted. See F

1. Discard the throat seal components: Throat retainer
(A), spacer (B), seal (C), cartridge (D), and O-ring (E),

Assemble new grease cup kit components
2. Install throat seals (126) back to back inside throat
cartridge (119) with non-spring end of each seal
together.
3. Install O-ring (145) inside throat retainer. (119).
4. Install throat retainer (118) onto throat cartridge
(119).
5. Install O-ring (120) onto throat retainer (118).
6. install throat seal assembly into outlet housing
(107). See F
. 44.

7. Install O-Ring (101 or 125 depending on kit model)
onto hub of throat cartridge (119).
8. Re-assemble as shown in Pump Rod Assembly
page 16.
9. Fill grease cup as shown in Grease Cup
