Switching on the rotisserie spit

Set the required temperature and heating mode.

Touch the
symbol. The rotisserie spit begins to
turn.

Switching off the rotisserie spit

Touch the
symbol. The rotisserie spit's drive
stops.

Switch off the oven with the rotary selector.

Take out the grill tray with the rotisserie spit and
place them on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

Warning – Risk of burns!
Use an oven glove to remove the grill tray.

Screw on the handle at the side to remove the
rotisserie spit.
Notes
Use the rotisserie spit at oven temperatures up to
250°C only.
Do not clean the drive part of the rotisserie spit in a
dishwasher.

R oasting function

O nly when set to the "Roaster function" type of heating:
R o a s t i n g f u n c t i o n
You will need the roaster, pull-out system and heating
element (optional accessories).
With the searing function, the oven heats up at full
capacity for approx. 3 minutes. You can use this to sear
steaks, for example.

Touch the
symbol. The searing function starts. You
can also set the searing function to run several times
consecutively.
To end the searing function early, touch the
Roasting function
