7.2.8 Remote Fax Kit

• Enables the user to share the Fax function, if there is an imageRUNNER
ADVANCE machine (with the Remote Fax Kit installed) and another
imageRUNNER ADVANCE machine (that has the Super G3 FAX Board
installed) on the same network.
• If the above condition is true, then fax documents can be sent and received
remotely between the two machines.
• The Remote Fax Kit-A1 requires license activation via the LMS.
• The Remote Fax Kit and the Super G3 FAX Board-AS1 cannot be installed
together.

7.2.9 IP FAX Expansion Kit

Enables the user to send and receive faxes within a TCP/IP network.
NOTE
The IP Fax Expansion Kit cannot be used with the Super G3 Fax Board 2nd,
3rd, or 4th line options.

7.3 MEAP Web Connection Kit

Equips development partners with the ability to create customized applications that
connect Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE machines to business applications and
business process workflows via standard Web services and HTML protocols.
