TwisTorr 804 FS Turbo Pump Foreline Flange
Installation instructions
The TwisTorr 804 FS is designed to be operated with a KF25 or a
KF40 foreline flange. While the KF40 flange is already installed in the
system, the KF25 can be installed with a few simple operations,
described below.
1. Turn the pump upside down and remove screw from its location.
3. Make sure the o-ring is intact, and then install the provided
foreline flange (PN X3511-68001) on the pump.

2. Remove foreline flange
from the pump.
4. Place the screw
back into place
(use a 1.5 Nm torque).
