Press [F4 (Note Type)].

Turn [VALUE] to select "1/8 ( )."

An eighth note will be input at A1.

Press [CURSOR (right)] twice.
The note input position will advance by two eighth notes.
This is the same as if you had input two eighth-note rests (one quarter-note rest).
