correctly connected on base card
(AA10-X5) and on the input card
(AA2-X9)?
YES
Are the wiring connectors to
EP14: -XJ-10 and XJ-13 as well
as
EP15: -XJ-9 connected correctly?
YES
Is the wiring connector correctly
connected on the base board
(AA2/AA26) -X9?
YES
Check that the Power light is
green on the soft start card.
Is Com flashing once per second?
YES
Replace the soft-start board
(AA10).
