CONNECTIONS (CONTINUED)

BI-AMPLIFIED SYSTEM CONNECTIONS

A bi-amplified system may provide increased sonic performance,
with independent amplifier channels separately driving each set of
high- and low-frequency transducers. You can connect REVEL
PERFORMA F30 loudspeakers in a vertical or horizontal bi-
amplified system without requiring an extra electronic crossover.
VERTICAL BI-AMPLIFIED SYSTEM
Using two identical amplifier channels, remove the shorting straps
from the rear panel; then connect the REVEL PERFORMA F30
loudspeakers, as shown in Figure 10.
CAUTION: Failure to remove the shorting straps when
bi-amplifying may damage some amplifiers.
NOTE: When using two dissimilar amplifiers, connect the REVEL
PERFORMA F30 loudspeakers in a horizontal bi-amplified system (see
next section).
