RAID Key Header
An Intel VROC RAID Key header is located at JRK1. It supports VMD used in creating optional
advanced NVMe RAID configurations.
NC-SI Connector
The Network Controller Sideband Interface (NC-SI) connector is located at JNCSI1. This is
used to connect a Network Interface Card (NIC) to the motherboard to allow the onboard
Baseboard Controller (BMC) to communicate with a network.

NVMe SMBus Headers
NVMe SMBus (I
C) header (JNVI2C1), used for PCIe SMBus clock and data connections,

provides hot-plug support via a dedicated SMBus interface. This feature is only available for
a Supermicro complete system with an Supermicro proprietary NVMe add-on card and the
proper cable.
